Aspen Privé · On the ground

A quieter part of your Aspen stay.

Aspen Privé helps coordinate in-residence massage with local practitioners. Paul handles the timing and residence logistics; the practitioner confirms the treatment, suitability and appointment details.

01 / THE DETAILS

Give the session its own time.

After a mountain day, leave enough room to return, settle in and change before the practitioner arrives. A treatment squeezed between the last run and dinner rarely feels restful.

For more than one guest, decide whether you want consecutive sessions or would prefer appointments at the same time. Those are different staffing and space requests.

02 / THE DETAILS

Choose the room before the appointment.

Look for a quiet room with enough space for the table and for the practitioner to move around it. Confirm stairs, parking and access with the property contact.

Ask what equipment and linens the practitioner brings, and what the residence needs to provide. A beautiful setting still needs a practical setup.

03 / THE DETAILS

Keep the rest of the evening quiet.

If a private chef is cooking, agree when the kitchen will be busy and when treatments will finish. For a group, stagger sessions around dinner rather than letting one appointment hold up everyone’s evening.

For a session after skiing, settle the return journey first. The useful detail is time to come home and pause, not another tightly packed itinerary.

04 / THE DETAILS

A personal request, confirmed properly.

Share treatment preferences and discuss health concerns directly with the practitioner. They determine suitability; hospitality coordination is not clinical advice.

The provider, duration, total cost and cancellation terms should be confirmed before the appointment is considered booked.

Before your stay

A little context. A more considered session.

  1. Date and preferred time window
  2. Number of guests and desired duration
  3. Consecutive or simultaneous appointments
  4. Private space and property access contact
  5. Preferences to discuss with the practitioner
  6. Written provider, cost and cancellation confirmation
Useful to know

A few details,
before you arrive.

Can two guests have sessions at the same time?

That depends on practitioner availability and whether the residence has appropriate space. Request it explicitly rather than assuming one appointment covers two guests.

Who brings the equipment?

Ask the confirmed practitioner what they supply and what they need from the residence. Equipment and setup should be agreed before arrival.

Is a request through Aspen Privé a confirmed booking?

No. The provider, timing, terms and residence arrangements must be confirmed before the appointment is booked.

Handled locally. Personally.

Leave some room to do less.
